RSA Geotechnics have reviewed the results of a recent customer satisfaction survey. We invited over 100 recent customers to complete a short questionnaire and we asked them to rate our performance using a scale of 1 (very poor) to 5 (very good) for a range of factors.
The survey is used to assess whether we are meeting our customers’ expectations and the results help us to identify any areas of our business operations that we may need to review or improve.
This year we received a record number of responses and we are extremely pleased to announce that our average performance rating was recorded as a creditable 4.7 out of 5.0. RSA has sustained a consistently high level of customer satisfaction over recent years and the findings of this year’s survey indicate that the perceived value for money has reached a new peak level.
